Teutonic, Templar, and Missionary Balancing

Ive noticed some odd stuff about these units so let us start
1.) Missionary and Missionary priest doesnt recieve Divide right aura from the Teuton Komtur unlike the healer and priest that recieves this aura
2.) The Mounted Teutonic knight is underpowered
mounted teutonic knight has
42hp
13power
3/2 armor
which is weaker than the Cavalier
The Cavalier however have
45hp
14power
3/2 armor
The reason why Im saying this is because the monted Teutonic knight is more expensive (6 turns) and has a shield compared to the cavalier that cost 4 turns and have no shield they basically have the same armor visually and Historically I believe. So I was thinking of new stats for the Mounted teutonic knight

3/4 armor (because the shield)
This makes him more tanky than before and kinda acts like the shield knight
3.) The Teutonic knight is underpowered (foot)
The reason why I said this because The Teutonic order is more of a Military Order than the Knights Templar so I suggest a Stat change and cost change cause yhe stats and the cost makes the teutonic order a weaker force compared to the templars. I checked the Knights and foot knights stats and upgrades They follow a certain health pattern it goes like this.
Knight. Foot knight
32hp. -10hp. = 22hp
2/2. +2/1. = 4/3
Heavy knight. Heavy Foot knight
39hp. -12hp. = 27hp
2/2. +3/1. = 5/3
Cavalier. Elite Foot knight
45hp. -14hp. = 31hp
3/2. +3/2. = 6/4
So I suggest this stats for the teutonic knight (foot)
Instead of the chart (up) lets use a diff pattern for the 5turns foot units like templar and teuton
Heres new teuton stats
5turns
35 hp
14power
6/4 armor
Makes him stronger but more expensive plus he can convert
Instead of -14hp he gets -10 hp
4.) Conversion is too weak
How about give them 30% convertion because the siggt of an awesome strong order too recruit you must be better than a healer asking you to join him
5.) Foot templar hp are too high
They have the same health as there mounted version
Lets also give them -8hp but upgrade gets -10
Templar
24hp
4/3 armor
10 power
Knight Templar
29hp
5/3
12 power
But remember these guys have healing and a bit more health
6.)Teuton komtur needs higher p.armor
Give him 4/3 armor
7.)This doesnt fit in the balancing but Reskin the Teutonic knight (foot)
