Alternatively, make it so that if you re-do a map you used (a) powerup(s) on and win with an equal or better score than your previous score that you get the powerup(s) back, or just make it so that if you beat a map with a better score than before that you get additional gems again.

There are some limited use "powerups" that you can buy with gems. Some non-limited use items are prevented from being accessed until you purchase one of the limited use item. That's all fine and dandy, but I just accidentally misclicked/mispressed the screen and one off the items I bought to progress through the upgrade tree was used--I was given no confirmation prompt--and now my 3 gems are gone forever for nothing.
Please make a confirmation prompt for using limited-use items (perhaps even 2 confirmation prompts!) to make sure others don't find themselves in my shoes.

Re: Powerup issue
i am not sure understand right: was your progress (in "upgrade tree") lost when you have used the upgrade? and this is the issue you mention?
Re: Powerup issue
He means he accidentally wasted a consumable. He thinks you should make a confirmation dialogue to use them, so that others don't make the same mistake.
RBD: Currently there are more gems to be earned in the maps than there are items to be bought.

COOLguy understands me correctly. Basically, I don't lose my upgrade tree progress, but I've wasted a couple consumables (full heal and the power/damage increase on one unit--the former used on the first turn of a map on a wagon due to mis-click/mis-tap/mis-press, and the latter on a pikeman near the end of a 4 man free for all against AI when I was far in the lead and the pikeman was too far from any enemy units to reach them before I was going to win the map anyway, also due to mis-click/mis-tap/mis-press) because there's no confirmation prompt for using the consumable items.
All I'm wanting here is a confirmation dialogue at least for consumable items, because I don't normally buy consumables in the first place, and when I have to get further upgrades that aren't consumable, to have the consumables entirely wasted due to something so small and silly is depressing.
My account name for the game is the same as my forum name; if you're so inclined to refund my 5 gems or one of the full health restore upgrades and one of the power/damage increase upgrades, that would be nice, but I'm really just looking out for the game's UI more than anything--I like the games I play to be well programmed!

Re: Powerup issue
and also i think it is ok as it is now, there is a separate dialog where you must press buy, so it is safe enough, no more dialogs/confirmation needed.
