I just wanna share few of my ideas if its okay.

Drill Dozer its like a battring ram in aos plus a 1 cap carrier type
has plasma beam drill that does
Alot of damage too walls and buildings.
A medium size vehicle moving in a decent pace while holding a few infantry too seige any enemy fortress.

Hmm. Well doesn't sound bad as an idea, however - I do not like it for the humans - they have a lot of very powerful ranged siege weapons and this simply wouldn't work for them well. Also slow vehicles aren't exactly their thing. I think either a reptilans (problem here is that their giga laser is kinda of that, but the design doesn't really fit the description - it doesn't have the carry capacity either and it doesn't really suit it's desing as well) or maybe insectoids (would be nice if we could link this to some kind of insect - it doesn't sound that hard in fact) or even avians (less likely). I will keep this in mind to find a place to put this, suggestions and thoughts much welcomed.

I think reptilians could use a unit like this. It would deal massive damage to buildings, while miss against other units, in melee range. It'd give it 3 speed, make it tracked, and also heavily armored, plus 1 carry capacity for infantry and other carriable, with 5 cost. I would make it exclusive to the vehicle factory, so that it has some kind of use lol.

Why find a name like that when laser drill will do? Id generally prefer type based names over nickname based ones.

A triceratop with its mane acting as a parabolic dish and its 3 horns focusing 3 lasers in the centre to fire a concentrated laser blast that ezily drills through anything

Parabolic dish is an interesting idea for the looks I suppose

I think it could b a real triceratops with its mane and horns modified to fire lasers, could b heavily armored but wont have carry capacity, my idea for image is 2 small metal rods from the parabolic dish fires laser on the big horn on the nose of triceratop head which acts as a prism to concentrate the laser, so its basically like a heavy tank with high energy laser blast at melee range

The principle is basically similar to the american prism tank idea in red alerts 2 game, where multiple prism tanks would fire laser at the prisms of other tanks and cause the lasers to constantly move among them in a cycle until one prism tank chooses a target and deals cumulative laser damage to that target from the nearby prism tanks, except in this case the 3 horns r acting as 3 prism tanks in 1 tank

Besides this is futuristic era, it is impossible for any weapon to only b specialised in destroying buildings without also being able to damage other large targets

Id prefer a vehicle. Im not sure if you read that, but I said that its suppose to be exclusive to the vehicle factory in order for said factory to gain a purpose.

And, quite honestly, I dont like the idea of it being a triceratops. How many siege dinos do you want them to have?
