Age of Strategy Forums

I'm just curious of what's the purpose of multiplayer missions, as I can see they're hotseat maps(as what I've seen on AoS). Then, what maps can be added?
I'm trying to make maps about battles that could have changed the result of the war, e.g. Battle of Stalingrad, Battle of Britain, etc. If not, I'll just add them on historical maps
