Ai upgrade

Let's create third level of Ai really hard, and as i know, ai is really hard think, so let's take max level Ai this from other turn based games, like... amm... Conquer of elysium 4 or domeneons 5 (i know about mistakes, but knowing what was with copyrights at red alert...)
