Age of Strategy place at Play market

When surfing Play market i find that Age of strategy is on 542nd place in games-category-strategy-best-top free, near tower defence: fortress under siege (543) and arcade: Bomber battle-hero return. Any ideas why Google team (or Google ai) gives so tiny rating?

Hard to say... None knows how the playstore sort those things, i've checked and you see big games as those clash royale alike games always on top and "c&c rivals" or "ark of war" that are massive floating from top 10 to +400 place which doesn't make sense...
Anyway, for me AO games were displayed like this for free strategy games:
364° for aos - strategy - tower defense.
486° for aow - strategy - war - single player.
