Hmmm... nice img but I think keep his dmg to 20 or maybe 15 cause 'can you really use the same pound cannon on an elephant I think you need to use a weaker cannon because it will break the elephants spine so 15 dmg is enough'
And make his hp 110 to be more close to other elephants and maybe change cost to 9-10 I mean like man thats 2 powerful units in one and it must also have trample ability

I dont need to increase the cost anymore I think.
Because the unit itself needs the gunpowder tech so...It will be too expensive.
As for the damage im thinking of decreasing it to 15-16-17 Cause its purpose is destroying buildings and ships.
Trample? I think it will be TOO op Cannon tower doesnt even have trample ability.

There are two problems with this idea:
1. For some time already I try to enforce specific balance in the game - siege machines according to said balance go with three variations:
- easy to destroy in melee, moderately protected from arrows, strong attack with strict specialisation
- moderately hard to destroy in melee, very strong against arrows, no attack or moderate attack with even stricter specialisation, but no range or very limited range
- very strong, with much lesser weaknesses, or much better power, but requiring gunpowder. But still susceptible to common siege weaknesses - cannons, catapults, melee attacks.
2. There were no historical elephants mounted with cannons. The only thing that comes close are swivel-guns ( ~30mm calibre), but that was 19th century already. They were used vs infantry to outrange muskets. They were originally mounted on camels, being named zamburak. Employing it by indian culture on elephants allowed bigger caliber or longer and more accurate weapons.
Here's the image:
Usage of real cannons - of siege calibers was pretty much the same as with the horses - they were used to transport it.

Thankyou endru
Should I replace it with this?

We use symbolics, so one person on top would be enough.
Anyway - to make it balanced, I would just make hangonneer (currently still named musketeer) on elephant mount.
So my proposition:
6 cost, 10 power, 6 range, armor 2/0, 120 hp, the same accuracy penalty, the same bonuses (currently none).
Basically ranged gunpowder transition - elephant version.

What's the color of their uniform?
Should I add a hat?

I used the musketeers sprite from AoD

@Endru1241 Hangonneer is the unit name or handgunner?

The proper name should be Huochong (火銃). It became known in europe around first half of 14th century and were supposely used by germans then.
The name itself is probably old form of handgun, but in historical literature original name is used to avoid confusion with modern description of handgun (today - meaning pistol). It is the same as hand cannon and is often used interchangeably.
However rarely very small types of cannons are dubbed hand cannons. That's why I feel handgonne is more specific - harder to make a mistake with anything other. The name is also a little shorter.
They looked like that:

I made corrections to fit the game engine (images should always be 32px wide and either 32 or 64 in height).
