A Shielded spearman that is a viking
It will be a 2 turn unit making it the main units of the the nordic group they would have some bonus vs cavalry but best against infantry

Some vikings used spears alone and put their shields in to their backs but this one uses its shield.

I think armor and p.armoor are too high for a 2 turn unit

Too powerful as a 2 turn unit.

It should be atleast weaker or equal to an ordinary swordsman

Atleast lessen the the mount bonus to 50% if you want to focus on infantry counter.

Remove the armor, the health is already so high.

I reduced armor to 0

And mounted by 50%

The new idea on this guy is that he's using basic viking equipmemt so I guess clothes, shield and spear(for statistics)

5dmg(+bonus)
0/1 armor
Then upgrades him to a dude with gambeson a batter shield and a better spear(armor increases but dmg only increses by 1
Then a third upgrade with chainmail an even better shield and still a spear

This guys gonna be a tank instead


Or

Make him to a viking pheasant (1turn) then we'll give him upgrades
Or
Make pheasants trainable at Nordic halls and give them upgrades
