Why does pavaise crossbow have the heal ability?

Also why does viking berserk lost his heal ability?

Pavaise can only target self and must be deployed
Idea: heal self while hiding at the back of the pavaise

Berzerk shouldnt really have that they dont to that at war so yeah and tje idea that he can have +5/5 armor and heals self=op
