Inquisitior rebalance IMPLEMENTED

Inquisitior is very underpowered for a 10 turn unit
3 priests is more useful than him imo.
TIE fighter is a 10 turn unit but is stronger than him or inquisitor is just too weak
also he is pretty easy to kill.
with his current stats suggest reducing his cost to 7 or 8 .
In AoS Chat other players also agree that inquisitior is unbalanced and is not worth training.

Yeah by turns.

Edit: I think he needs strategic uses to be very useful but he still seems weak.
