Where to unlock this Upgrade?

Hi. Where can I found the upgrade of lvl 1 of human cavalry? It would be very useful because i found the level 2 tech and i miss it. Thank for any help

It's the last upgrade in the third column.

Midonik I cant find also the dwarfes infantry 1 tech.do you know where is it?

How about we don't make a new topic for every time someone can't find an upgrade?

Also @Vārimathras Ashegūl, the dwarfs share the same tech with the humans I think, and it's 7th page, 2nd column, 3rd upgrade.
