An ōdachi or nodachi was a type of traditionally made Japanese sword used by the samurai class of feudal Japan. The Chinese equivalent and 'cousin' for this type of sword in terms of weight and length is the miao dao, and the Western battlefield equivalent is the longsword or claymore.
The nodachi and odachi swords were used for making strong striking actions and killing the cavalryman and his horse in a single action. It required great strength and power to use the nodachi sword effectively.

In that case you'd not be able to put it into the description, which means the description would need changing. Unless we make it cost more turns to produce...

Ōdachi swordplay styles differed from that of other Japanese swords, focusing on downward cuts. One possible use of ōdachi is as large anti-cavalry weapons, to strike down the horse as it approaches. Alternatively, it could be used as a cavalry-on-cavalry weapon comparable to the Chinese zhanmadao, with the long reach, increased weight and slashing area of the blade offering some advantages over spears, lances and smaller swords.

I will remove aoe , but increase damage this unit will be a vulnerable to enemies (it needs to be protected) but deadly to cavalry .

But nodachi wasn't really very effective against cavalry. Comparing to yari at least. Or any other polearm.
The first half of a blade is basically a dead weight vs mounted units and nodachi length is not even close to common spear.
Maybe against unarmored units it would prove effective, but there is a reason why nodachi stopped being way before other japanese melee weapons.

So do I change the stats as a Japanese zweihander or just forget the topic?

This weapon is a traditionally made Japanese sword dating as far back as the 5th century. It was said to have been used by the Gods of Japanese mythology. As for humanity, the nodachi length allowed for effective attacks on foot soldiers by samurai on horseback and was commonly used by cavalry as a result.
I think mounted nodachi samurai would be good .

Well, because of the use of the spears and guns mostly like the western pike and shot but eastern, it became obsolete but maybe we could make it as a weaker substitute for yari ashigeru

But it was quite different from zweihander/claymore or any other european two-handed swords.
The main difference is - even katana, while being much closer (width, possibility of thursts, resilency) is very far from sword.
They were sabres.
And not having that much advantages of sabres (like shamshirs, tulwars or just common european cavarly sabre).
What it did have was comparitavely light weight (for two-handed sabre), very sharp cutting edge and huge maximum cutting area.
So I would say it would be perfect anti-light unit, with limited medium infantry advantages (vs siege, buildings).
