The upgrade only adds
4+ health
2+ attack
0/1+ Armor

i think it should be affected by elite light cavalry upgrade and with a similar sprite
also, similar stat changes

Well, they are raiders - Different unit than light cavalry.
Raiders are used for dealing the first or last hit to a unit - Effective against siege machines and other burnables.
Light cavalry in the otherhand is used for scouting,reconnaissance and finishing extremely low health units.
What I am saying is they are a different unit with different uses.
So a seperate tech like Elite Raiders or Marauder

I don't think it fits this.
