Not possible right now to change bonuses of units at all during game.
Requires coding from stratego.

I taught we could add it cause we can change heal bonus mend bonus and construction bonus I taught its the same with dmg

You can add attack but not bonuses.

Alas this sooner or later probably will be coded because it is required in aof for some major changes we planned.
