gives assassins, spies, ninjas, rangers, and amazon blowdart "the ability to take away an enemies ability"
how?
Steal equipment
cost 6 turns
range 1
cd 5
changes any of the targeted units abilities to be set to "One time use only: true"
imagine robbing a maori warrior all of his taiaha's

Too bad I taught it was possible beacuse theirs a One time use: True or false available in game I taught maybe we can make abilities able to modify this value

It is as if you asked to modify unit's construction place or model. Or tried to change in real life with magic a cat into elephant.
All of these are not possible. And i am not sure if stratego will code specifically this thing.

Although... I think if we change the name a bit and modify it it could still work
Change the name to sabotage training
Instead of doing that how about making it set a unit to one time train for a long period of time: they sabotaged something in the building which cuts off their ability to train troops.

Again not possible and will require coding from stratego (and again not sure if he will work on it just for single ability).

It is alas later will be possible (if not already, not sure here) to forcibly set (or add, not sure) cooldown of ability to (or in case of "add" - by) set number (1/5/42/9001...) of turns.
That can be an option but not sure if it would be useful.
