They look the same

There are differences like the rocket launch system its wider and shorter for the 200mm rockets
Also it has panels over the windows and last the cab doesn't have a sunvisor like the other milk truck and the front fender is straitened like the tuck in the wiki pic
I'll look to see if I can do more.

I see no change at all. Maybe making the rocket launcher itself 4 pixels higher while keeping the correct perspective would help?

The top and bottom are the same except the brightness of the team color
To me the drawer the middle one is the best as it resembles the actual vehicle with more detail but the other people can't see
The bottom is what I was told to do "make the launcher four pixels higher".
I'm going to redo the bottom one

I didn't mean you lengthen the launcher, but to make it thicker, higher by a few pixels. But words cannot be accurately translated into images, so the misunderstanding is justified.

what i found out is that andruyusha has a longer shoot range

In appearance this has a bigger launch system, the cab of the truck has no sunvisor, also there is metal sheets over the windows
It was made to launch 200mm rockets so that's why the launcher is bigger
Another little difference is that the fenders on the front and back are straightened out
In simpler words this truck is a newer truck than the old katyusha so it has a some what different look.

more accurate firing [it can be made as adding anti infantry and artillery bonus] and bigger and more rockets ---> more explosives ---> more damage

If it's more accurate it could have lower miss chance
