Galleon uber nerf ANSWERED

Galleons' cannon ability seems to have lost a little bit of power recently...it now does a base damage of 1 - more like a pea shooter than heavy artillery. Presumably this is a mistake?
Incidentally, good idea to have only one cannon shot per turn - they were way too OP.

I have just noticed that in the help pages the cannon shot is listed as 20, but in the one game I have where it's my turn and I have galleons, it was as I described, both with the actual attack and in the red book button that brings up the info on selected units.
I will confirm when I can if this is the same in other games.

Yes, confirmed in another game - despite the out of game help stats listing a damage of 20, in game, cannon shot is just doing 1hp damage, and the red book info on selected unit is listing it as just 1 too.
One for you maybe @Endru1241 ?

please train a new one and check that - its power is now based on ability power that makes it being 20.
old units can work wrong way, you need a new one.

Will do. Small treb shot from castle is also only doing one damage (on a worker!!!) I will look into this aswell when I get a new high castle.
