Peasant with grain flail has no bonuses to shield bearers ANSWERED

Looks wierd .
He has a bonus against shield bearers but has no added dmg.
He has a bonus against shield bearers but has no added dmg.
He has the same percentages as flailmen.
It's just, that 0.2*3=0.6 and the damage is floored.
Once he has +2 to attack power from some sources, this unit gets +1 bonus damage.
