I tried going with a wooden crossbow but it blended in too much.

I was planning to make one as well, can you try another stance though? The crossbow is not much visible.

Ya, still figuring a different stance with that, maybe holding it upwards with one hand probably? While the other is idle or holding an arrow?

The angle would be more natural but it is important that the crossbow is visible enough, so in that case the color should be chosen to make it clearer.

I prefer all the uruks armor the same (like a uniform)

That one seems more visible but maybe you might try to direct the crossbow a bit lower so that the handle is visible as well. What do you think?

Write in more detail, I don't understand. Do you mean to move the wooden part of the crossbow or the metal part?

I like that too but I think that there is an error in the perspective.

Since the wooden part of the crossbow is oriented toward the bottom left of the image, I think that you might try making the right part of the metal bow to appear shorter, otherwise it seems that the bow is facing straight on the observer, while the wooden part is bent toward left.

I think that one or two pixels shorter should be enough. Make some tries.
