People tend to forget the role of the Chinese theater in WWII; The combined militaries of the ROC, PRC, and various warlord cliques would expend untold millions of lives in a costly defense of their homeland.
They wouldn't function as a full nation like the US or Germany, China had very little equipment and relied heavily on outdated second-hand weapons and even the conscription campaigns would lead to tens of thousands of deaths onset by disease and starvation. Virtually all of their tanks, planes, guns, and ships were donated or purchased from Western surplus. They would be an interesting addition to the allies though, Like with Italy's current implementation into the Axis force pool, with just a few unit types necessary and perhaps recolors of existing tanks and artillery.
