Definitely needed!

Research-able where? I'd say siege range and advancement centre.

Is wagons considered siege machines? If so then it is researched at workshop and advancement center. If not then advancement center only.

It'll make tactics that include wagons more effective. Since they are more sturdier when upgraded. And will prove useful when transporting vip's such as inquisitors and units with weak defense's.

Image shall be a normal wagon with iron support.

They're just classed as "machines" but siege workshop seems like a natural place to have it for me, it's pretty close to reinforcing rams in principal.

Yeah, wagons are a bit weak end-game. Is it being greedy to want +2/+2 for 5 turns?

The wagon looks so perfect to the point I can't even edit it.
Who even made it in the first place lol.

Yeah, it's pretty well done alright. Only things I could suggest is dark bands on the four hoops on the covering, either end and two in the middle, or maybe some planking going lengthways on the bottom of the canvas.

Nice, definitely looks a safer place to put three guys in now. It must be a right bummer for some poor boggers when I nobble their wagon and they immediately lose 2 out of the 3 units inside

Right. Even though I rarely use wagons in a battle I agree. Might work good for map editor though..
Could be given:

Cost: 5
+6hp
+2/2 arm

To balance stats - either with tech boost or an upgrade, let's first disscuss what is exactly the danger for wagon?
Does any unit one-shot it?
Which can kill it in 2 turns and what is their relative cost, speed, etc.
So what exactly do you all see as a danger for wagon?

As far as I'm aware no unbuffed units can one shot it (depending on how cannon balls are treated - if they ignore or do not use pierce armour then turtle machine, both actions, and double cannon galleon could kill it in one turn).

The real danger is with combo attacks involving a burn attack, eg a samurai/celtic warrior and then a fire archer, once you get beyond the first level of blacksmith upgrades or tier 2 units almost any combination of two units. Given that these could be hidden in an enemy wagon coming in the opposite direction its a bit hard to scout that far ahead

It's just a bit too high risk late game to put anything of real value in a wagon when your anywhere near the unknown...unless that's the point...is it intended to be for behind the lines transporting?

Of course it's intended for transportation outside battlefield.
Double cannon doesn't exist anymore (cannonbal ability has cooldown and double cannon ship was changed), leaving only turtle machine, which has 40% chance of missing wagon.
Wagon ambush tactic is actually something to get rid of.
I already decreased it's effectiveness a lot.
I was even thinking of removing action from stored units so they couldn't attack in the same turn as leaving it, but aura with range 0 has it's disadvantages (affects everything on the same tile).

Yeah the new single attack double cannon ship has an attack of 28 (admittedly same miss chance as turtle machine though).

Ah my bad, I just realised I called it double cannon galleon... I meant ship

The wagon looks cool at near view but if viewed just little bit farther it jusf looks like a black wagon. Not sure how but maybe remove the irons at both ends?

Tried editing your work if its ok
Dont know if its good though

@Stratego (dev) This one should probably be marked as "IMPLEMENTED". It only got some number changes.
