At the expense of the elves, I do not agree that they are the weakest. I believe that elves are 2 after orcs in strength. They obviously don't need more evasions. I understand you, I myself also considered elves to be the weakest, until I played on the network. Elves are very strong due to the high speed and range of archers.And this despite the fact that their shields accelerate their armor to 16 units.

Elves will not get even more dodges than they get right now (maxed ones).
Also we want to make later scale up of stats that will make all races live longer. But this one requires voting that must be made on forum by stratego a bit later.

Guys, many of you are definitely abusing of google's translator xD
Going back on topic...
Elves are, at base, pretty similar to humans with a few differences:
+ they have +1 speed
+ they have spell resistance
+ they have dodge counter
+ higher base range and damage for their archers
- a few hp less
- slightly lower attack
Although we discussed that possibility (one of the option was to give them 6/9 dodge at base and make the increases bring them to 30% as they do now), I think they are pretty fine already.
After all dodge was given to them in place of the additional health they don't get due to the lack of tiers.
