Could I get the unicorn mount and the tiger mount?
Btw, who do you want me to mount up on the chosen steeds?
Currently the ones I plan to do are the un-shielded ones.
Grand Warden (or keeper)
Sentry
Vanguard
Protector
Defender
And if you want, I could get those 2 units you had planned, the aegis and bulwark, so long as you supply an image for them.

I have already some changes in mind for our current glades
sentinel: it should loose the shield and become the ground version for current protector
vanguard: it should become an actual dual wielder with 2 swords and it will be the ground version for current defender
Sentry: unaffected
Guardian: unaffected
so we need an actual spear user (I think you have made one) that will become an actual pure lancer when mounted

I think we can try making both heavy unicorn and cat variants for all glades.

I thought the shields might be a bit too hefty for them to carry on the mounts but if this is not the case then I'll make them.

Yes, maybe the shield might become a bit smaller (similar to current sentinel's shield).
Anyway maybe you should start with the others.

Actually I could just mount the shielders shield on the back of the mount, that way both hands are free.

Umm, I'm going to need the sentinel btw.
Here's the others, I'll do the keeper last.
I won't put them on other mounts yet until the adjustments are done here first.

The vanguard will be removed. In its place we'll have both the dual swordsman and the spear user.

Btw, what was wrong with the vanguard? It's weapon was an iconic elven weapon, the glaive.

that was the one used by the sentinel, not the vanguard

basically the sentinel and the protector will be the same unit (the sentinel will loose its shield)

I meant the double bladed one, in other games it's not uncommon for elite elves to use such weapons.
As for the Sentinel I actually like that shield of his, maybe we could make another glade who could use that?

Then we might replace the double swordsman with the double bladed one. I like more the look of the swordsman though.

We could have both if we mod the stats well enough, the double swordsman focuses more on combat and sword skill, while handling a double bladed glaive requires more balance and the such, it's basically like using a staff only you have 2 blades on both ends, basically we could make the vanguard have lower attack, but better dodges, while the swordmaster would have better attack and health. I could modify the blades on the staff to be longer as well.

Do you mean the Sentinel image will be converted to use only a spear, or that it would lose the shield in the mounted forms?

Actually we can give for vanguard (current one) just 1 action, keep his bonuses and give for him those effects (without bonus action) of his ability at base.

I don't plan to give increased dodges unless it is something very specific like skirmishers.

Savra have made another spearman already, We can keep the vanguard instead of that new spearman.

For now just the thunderbird. I think it looks a lot better than the other option and I don't think we need a 2nd flying mount. Maybe you could make something sailable instead.

That works, as for sailable, maybe just leave that for the future. (Might also consider giving the elves the ability to dismount too.)

I succeeded into making dismounting already. In next all elven unicorn riders will beavailable and will be able to dismount from their glorious steeds.

Updated one, and did the thunderbird mounts. The shielder would have to lose the shield in this form, it doesn't show as well with the wings.
