Age of Strategy Forums

Spain was an infuental nation in this time period. They attempted to colonize the so called "New world" with some success, oversaw the downfall of the Aztec and Inca tribes, and even attempted a full scale assault on the British isles, which failed miserably. They slowly began to decline in the 18th century as their settlements became less useful (including Florida becoming part of the growing United states) but never were fully destroyed. I think we should include them, what about you?
