Age of Fantasy - 4 Town Centers count as 5 ANSWERED

In Age of Fantasy, when the 4th town center is occupied, the total town center count at the top of the screen goes from 3 to 5. This allows a player to build 5 buildings even though only 4 town center are occupied.

It is not a bug. It was implemented started from few versions before.
In AOS:

You can see how it works from this log.
Maybe they just forgot to put it into the AOF log.
