Rotten gives bonuses instead of negatives

I noticed this after a hydra and snakemen spearman got a bonus action and plus one range, if you look at the rotten abilities description it says it grants +1 range, and +1 actions, also it does no damage. Plz fix.

That spell is pretty old and it isn't jsoned yet. It will be soon corrected.
