Great Clawlus is a behemoth Insectoid with a pair of large sickle like claws, which can CUT STEEL LIKE BUTTER.
It's slow, and might take some damage before able to hit enemies, but will put an end to any large sized enemies.
It is not very effective against infantries and other small sized enemies.

I think it would be better not as a living unit, but as a mechanical vehicle. Then it sounds good. Besides the name, can it be something else? Like, mecha mantis, or smt?

So it kinda a counterpart to reptilian sword ACP (thats why I suggest mountainwalk), but with better stats and power range instead of armor ignore and abilities.

I like the concept, there's one problem - it's too high, so the scythes can't reach the ground, and thus enemies as well. Two solutions:
1) Make it shorter
2) Make scythes longer

I agree, I did not think about it, but judging by the description, it is aimed at large creatures and vehicles, but not very effective against small infantry.
