I think you should remove him as design leader...

Maybe you shouldnt add anybody or when then
Dust n steel, coolguy or me ;D

He has 4 posts and is design leader...

yes you can be right, i think CoolGuy or You should have the position.

design leader is a moderator, who has the second most righys to do.

what u have to do: create, answer posts, make a plan for the game, help other creators...

mainly this.
