Reiter basic attack bug IMPLEMENTED

When reiter uses its basic attack it uses the arrow projectile instead of the basic melee attack.

I am afraid it's even worse - damage is counted as piercing.
I'll fix it.

Lol the damage is piercing? I didn't notice.
