I've made some changes on current pak38 and added crew by using Samuelch's images.It would be great if its in game,Isnt it?

I think the infantry should be smaller compared to pak.

I agree with Stratego, also the gun is a bit dark. Most German units are grey.

Artillery and other guns don't have crews visible, so changing one will require all to be changed

Not really, these could be skins.

i would also agree here that the infantry is too big and the pak too small.
it doesn't matter if it's only for the small old pak 38, or maybe for the further takeover of the bigger paks. because the pak 40 and 43 were even bigger
but the idea is great.
