Primitive hut buildable at forests ANSWERED

It's adapted at being in a forest right? I think it is reasonable to have primitive huts buildable at forests.
Currently the hut is balanced to other factories.
Giving it would shift it.
It's basically free clearing - 3 worker turns saved.
Besides - primitive culture may relate to group of people, who never even saw the forest - it's very vague.
