Torpedo bombers

Torpedo bombers where very deadly, that is why we should have a new class of planes which would do the most damage to ships. To make this balanced I think torpedo bombers should cost 4-8 turns. Nations like Japan, Britain, and America would have the strongest torpedo bombers.

we already have torpedo planes of that kind. and there should be a change soon so that these planes can work better against ships
