Another my crazy idea for app that converts light into sound (and in another way)

As i know light is a wave (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source= ... 1889399552) and sound is also a wave (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source= ... 1889449727), so i have a idea to create a programm that converts light into volume (and into another way)...
But, i have a lack of knowledge about volume and light, and programming (i know good only Pascal), so... Could someone help me with that crazy idea...

it could be mp3<==>muted mp4, or mp4 (picture is picture, sound is sound)<===>mp4 (picture in sound, sound in picture)...
So we can see 380-780 (500) nm ( ×10¹² gc) , and we can hear 20-20000 gc (19080)

This is basic algorithm of programm...
This means program must calculate wavelength of sound (or of picture, but thanks RGB it might be hard), do some calculations, calculate wavelength of light and release the picture...

But i think the basic way could harm ears, so here can be ~10000 gc of sound...

And advanced way is do same things, but calculate also RGB leight, and Volume with amplitude (and something other i dont much know in sound) of sound...

Maybe i can help out. But little variant.
May be pixelate an image capture by camera. The intensity per unit pixel can determine pitch of sound. And maybe can relate with frequency. If you need explanation pm me. Chill i have done through it.

According to my calculation. Let me tell an example. A basic Aos archer image 32x32 can produce a sound of 43k hz that can make a dog crazier than ever behaved. I am not sure of exact calculation. Maybe i will work on it if you are serious

But the thing is we need an advanced implanter or special speaker or audio frequency emitter to produce such frequencies.

Ok, maybe let's set some borders, light will be 380-780 (×10¹² Hz), lesser is ultraviolet, bigger is infrared, and human cant see it... Sound borders will be 20-18000 hz (because lesser human cant hear, +its pretty dangerous) and upper than 16000 hz also no one could hear...

Lets talk about theory, light is electromagnetic radiation within the portion of electromagnetics spectrum (with wavelength 400-750 nm, 430-750 ×10¹² Hz), sound is vibration that spreads in acoustic territory (that have molecules, ions...) with wavelength from 1Hz till more than 200 MHz... We see light as a mix of RGB colors (it may be easy), but sound is a mix of a big quantity of waves with close amplitude, but different frequency (and its pretty hard)

Correction. This is preschool theory.
Defining light is non particulate pure form of energy with dual nature of particles called quantized photons. Sound is a particulate instantaneous availability of energy which can be rendered, deviated , altered, amplified ,reflected or transmitted through any medium with macroscopic, atomic or subatomic particles.

It can make bulb light from certain metals with high sonority
Once sound in a perticular pattern resonates it #ref piezoelectric effect# it produces thermal or electrical energy with bipolar terminals. This variant amplitude energy can power a small wattage bulb.
