12.8 cm Flak Twin 40
is a further development of the flak 40 which was stationed there.
as the german and japanese had bigger gun complexes the twin flak might be something like the present stationary AA building, but then as a tower.
6-8 engineers to build one

I think it could move with the "unmount/mount" action when doing that it turns into a Sdkfz-8

and when transformed into Transport it should be slow as this weapon is quite heavy. they can do the AT/AA service. since in 1945 they were used against Soviet tanks firing from above flaktower.

Yso i would take the second image where the cannon is pointing into the air. because the twin flak was so heavy it was then only mounted on towers. that's how i would like it too. it should be fixed aa buildings
