I think the entanglement should last for only a turn. They were easy to remove by humans, it was only a temporary disablement for humans, they targeted legs to make them hault on their tracks though I think this needs a miss chance? E.g. 7 per speed or smt. This only worked for men on foot I think, shouldn't work on elephants.

Or maybe 2 turns. Dunno.

It was used on infantry and cavalry alike.
It could last 2 turns i think. Or reduce cost to 2

Do you actually think there is a need for a shield on his hands.they dont posses armours. And the bag on the shoulder is perfect. Great work QUADDY.

Shields weren't always the thing for armor. Swordsman has a metal shield but no armor. It is just a visual representation of hp or so for unarmored units.Thus tis a wooden shield, light weight, easy to make and equip so it is not a big deal.

A more proffesional way to catch enemies unlike net throwers but bolas throwers effect should be diff from net throw

Bolas throw would:
Stop infantry
Can reduce cavalry movement by 1-3 cause itll take multiple bolas to stop a horse and cause most of the time itll just wrap around one-2 legs and connat affect an elephant
Decrease dmg -4
And decrease armor and p.armor values by -1/-2

Category shouldn't be primitive imho, this was widely used by high class hunters too.

Have you seen the bolas thower of aof i know they have one if you have aof can you please check what kind of effects does it do

In my eyes the whole proposition is just superior net thrower.
Which is quite balanced debuffer.
That clearly makes bola thrower op. Much too op.

Unfortunately removing any spec is impossible (including flying), so it cannot make flying units attackable by melee with full damage.
With -2 speed, -1/2 armors and maybe decreasing attack debuff to -3 it could have two actions (effect cumulative).
That would make it more unique.
Should be quite balanced with so weak hp and normal speed.

BTW even if flying ban would be possible, it's kind of too restricting.
Unit shouldn't be saw as single being, nor as any specific number. It can be indicated, that speed decrease is average among the whole group (even if it counts one person), being represented as unit, in vague amount of time, being represented as turn.
Maybe attack/ability didn't hit all members of a group or someone got free earlier?

Thower bola just affect foot units.in my opnion
