grenadiers: 4 turns
elite infantry units: 4-6 turns
highlanders: 3 turns?
black guard (scottish infantry) : 5 turns?

when we say highlanders are we referring to the black watch?

well, the black guard was an elite unit, but highlander is a general category including he infantry from scotland

highland cavalry(not elite sccotish cavalry): 4 turns
scots greys: 6 turns
