Officers and its traits.

Can you add officers that are;
-Trained from barracks
-Ranks from:
Sgt. - Lt. - Cpt. - Major - (ranks may vary from different nations)
-can only be trained once
- each of them holds a unique ability like ordering an off-map artillery Barrage, Gives additional Defensive/offensive bonus, auto select all troops with Major.

I Like this game and would like to recommend those if devs would implement

We already have officers and I don't see why they would need an upgrade system.

I dont know, they kinda pale in battle. They seem to be less likely to be like an officer
