Artillery should deal more damage to ships.

Well I don't really know the specifics but for game balance sake is what I hope for.

Land vs ship is pretty much all in the ships winning. Even the artillery can hit the destroyer, while the damage is also lacking.

I think making them have higher bonus against ships in general should be desirable.

I agree, perhaps there could be a few tiers of the stationary guns as well.

the normal artillery should not really do that much more damage, especially because the battleships were very heavily armoured. what is missing are large coastal guns. there the artillery was much stronger and had larger calibres.
