I imagine fire arrow sound like arrow being shot and ignited at the same time and swooshing through the air, while burning. I found this on one of public domain sounds pages. The amplitude of sound looks like somebody mixed together arrow shot with sound of burning something (something similar to one of the sounds of greek fire ship attack - newly added too).
