What exactly is pierce Armor. First, I thought, it's Armor piercing, but it's not, it's obviously some type of armour.

It's armor that prevents pierce damage - basically from arrows and other pointy things. Pretty sure that's clearly stated in the help file or one of the tutorials.

Pierce armor mainly protects against piercing damage:
Arrows, some polearm units, lancers, skirmishers and javelin throwers, in future dart shooters of scalefolks.
