Change:AA cannons can only shoot air units
Change:Ships can not shoot air units, only by AA ability
Change:Submerged subs can not shoot anything except naval units

New:Trenches and Type XXI u-boat are now buildable
Change:Scout sight reduced to 6
Change:Infantry and tanks can not shoot high flying bombers

Change:Artillery, AT cannons, AT tanks can not shoot planes
