crew for land vehicles (tanks, armed cars, trucks, etc.)

it would be just a very weak unit with little HP armed with a pistol but it would be the only cape to drive vehicles and could give a bonus for example they can repair their vehicles in addition to having a unit like the Officer so instead of giving bonuses to infantry would give to the tanks
