we may have a teech for soviets called anti tank rifle RES that will greatly improve Soviet anti tank rifles
This anti tank rifle had 20mm gun size and was able to penetrate pz4 ausf E's front armor from 300m (50mm penetration on 300m)
So I think they may be able to deal great damage against light tanks and adorable damage against medium tanks, but they will have only 2 movement speed and be able to be researched only in 2nd lvl of industry.

or we can make an unique infantry for Sov with thi weapon that will be able to be built from 2nd lvl of industry
