A heavy unit with an insanely heavy weapon.
HELM SLASHER
A three meter long rod carved out from andesite with a huge clump of silicated volcanic rocks or obsidian on the end. The word helm means a helmet used in medieval war period as head gear and slash means to strike hard enough to smash even the toughest materials esp a hard war armour or a rock fortification. It was usually used by the weapon forgers to forge large cannons and catapults, warriors to break through armours and head gear and by supreme builders to break rocks for construction. It is believed to be used extensively in the period 300BC to 560 AD when there existed a rumor of existence of fearsome creatures in dark forest.
It was often referred in fictional stories as the weapon of fearsome giants and primitive warriors.

A rough figure. Is it really necessary to be 32Xn32?
This one turns to be 46X64

Should be 32×64 or 32×32.
Weapon can be held upward to be fit as 32×64.

The hammer heads you made were unrealistic so changed it to a standard pole-hammer. Also, I never heard of helm slashers. Seems made up. And even if it isn't, judging by how ridiculously large the hammer heads you drew - I doubt they were even used in a battle. Looks hard to carry, very heavy, unbalanced and is only usable by e.g. Very muscular people.
U can send a link that holds the use of this weapon historically. If it is fiction, I do not know if this will even have a chance. Unless for a Fun or Map editor unit.
I made the image because I got nothing to do.
Changed a couple of things that didn't seem to fit.

There is no way to attack garrisoned units, when unit/building that carry them don't allow it by flags.
Stats are totally op.
Concept is a little too fantasy-like.

A smaller mace like helm slasher in an Indian film representing ancient wars.
The movie is the fictional recreation of legends in history. The characters were actually existing. And the artists on their role and the bg is fictional but not the story , the war, and weapons.

1. Metal (modern)Helm slasher, 2. Spiten Mace, 3. Bludgeon mace

But what? I never saw a mace this big, how did someone carry it? It should weigh about 18 kg or more, and this very loose wooden handle ... I just needed some adjustments and a psychiatric study for those who invented this type mace many years ago.

I understand this hammer as a tool of a worker or catapult team. But as a weapon of a warrior it seems strange. 3 meters long hammer with heavy head? Imagine what a momentum you need to rise it from the ground after releasing. It seems that even the strongest men need some time to pull it closer which makes it usage in intense melee battle pointless.

Thats why i made the speed 1, just one. And for reference, a similar to this thing is still available for 64dollars
https://www.buyingasword.com/battle-mace
And who care about 3m, while 3.5 long sword existed at that time. They were not for intense fighting but were a symbol of pride of medieval kingdoms and a huge part of executive weapon
And they , from ref where not used by a hard hit on top, but a heavy swing from side wise, which with momentum good even break toughest armor.

Mmmm. Stats i have edited,
If there is no way , we might want to lose its described property of attacking through fortifications. (Atleast could we add another tag to neglect the protection from this unit)

In that case i dont see the difference between a maceman with bonuses against heavy armoured footmen and structures.

Better physical armour, bit higher health, higher damage and an optional power range for extra cost.

Oh, i thought that elephant rider is holding a tool for commanding or something, i didn't know it was a mace. When i searched Mahout Mace in google i found a Flail Elephant from Age of empires, i thought that's what you were referring to.

You are misunderstanding once again.
Currently each Age of Strategy variation works like a mod.
There is one main engine with each game like AoS, AoF, AoW having different assets.
Assets control many things in game, but only in the way, that engine anticipates.
Detail can be found in Modders lounge, especially How-to's/Unit Design.
Engine is the work of Stratego.
ONLY him.
Each Ao version have separate assets and design leaders are responsible of selecting and bringing new content/balancing/fixing those assets.
Of course all of us are only doing it as hobby/contribution.
So while I can ask stratego to implement new option to the engine - I have no control over it.
Additionally - I don't really think that such ability would fit this unit.
You are asking for ability, that basically makes unit ignore fortifications. I'd assign it to something that attacks with poison gas or fire, or maybe some stealthy units like assassins.
