This would let the us nation build fake tanks, aircraft, and artillery to make other players scared of the army that the opponent has and lower morale/infectious depression. This is on vehicles because to make the fake stuff look real is to make it move. I don't think this has even 20% chance to even be thought of...

This can be used as a way to confuse the enemy.
From afar they can look like normal tanks but if they enter in contact (1 distance) the illusion falls apart.

YEAH but that could back fire on the player who built it by making the opponent move towards them. I think its just better them getting to it and wasting a turn just to see that it was fake. These balloons should cost like one turn so you can get a bunch.

And that is just the plan, Confuse them and attack the enemy unit from behind or ambushing them from all directions... With this thing we can make really complex battles of deceit.

And i also agree with those units costing only 1 turn, but we need more that just tanks... maybe planes and infantry too.
