This tech would allow medium and heavy tanks such as the T-34 and Tiger II to have additional protection from rounds that are not powerful enough to pierce the armor to not cause damage.
The tanks that not be able to pierce the armor would be light tanks like T-26 and Panzer II.

All this tech is doing is adding more armor to bigger hulled tanks

This should cost at least 4 turns to research.

I think it should be 6 turns b/c it seems useful.

Yea but I don't know how much use it could be if your only immune to light tanks when a lot of people use better tanks
