Option to change entire terrain at once ANSWERED

When building maps that require the entire map to be made of one terrain type, e.g., water for a naval battle, it takes a while to change every one of the tiles to water. I suggest a feature that lets us change the entire map to one terrain type. It will save a lot of time.
