Ground troops cut off planes

When a plane is encircled by ground troops it cant move.
In real the plane would be so high it would simply fly over them.

You are correct, but it will be hard to make infantry only passable to planes.

actaully planes can pass tru all land thingies, if u find any that is not tell me and it is easy to fix.
