Comet should be a 4 turn tank

Comet is a GB heavy tank that costs 5 turn in game.
I saw that Comet tank is quite the pricy tank.
It's stats is almost like a jumbo Sherman but 4 turn cost only.
I think it should cost only 4 turns considering that and later Panther tanks cost only 4 turns for that op stats.
Furthermore, unlike panther. Comet is locked by heavy tank So I think it should really just be a 4 turn tank.
