Late war US submarine class. I think it will be a nice addition to the game.

the two new submarine classes have the problem that they have the same values as the submarine in the game.

the overwater weapons are slightly different but should not really be improved in combat.

They are all dived and not dived at the same speed.

differences in how fast a boat could dive and how fast it could rise again cannot be shown here.

What you could do is build the tench class faster.

so i would only want to add the tench class in industry lvl 3.
